The administration of the Academy of Ҩlkemanation is operated by the Board, which functions as a circle-gathering council, in which its Members are measured through works, deeds and merit, and there upon elected through a consensus democratic vote by the Academy Lodge of Ҩlkemanation. The Board is charged by the Rector, who oversees the daily operations of the various organs of the Academy and functions as the driving force for the evolution of the Academy, as well as a mediating force between the Heads of the Organs.
