The Seven Faculties

All formation within the Academy of Ҩlkemanation is structured through seven primary faculties.
 

Each Faculty represents a domain of development—cultivating specific capacities within the student, while contributing to the coherence of the whole.
 

The Pathway moves through these Faculties in a precise sequence:
 

Mars   →    Jupiter   →    Sun   →    Venus    →    Moon    →    Mercury    →    Saturn

Each contains a structured series of classes, guiding the student from introduction to integration.
 

This is not a selection of topics. It is an architecture of transformation.

Mars — Force & Discipline

Domain:
Structure, will, execution
 

Focus:

  • discipline

  • physical and mental activation

  • decisive action
     

Function:
Mars establishes the foundation of movement.
It trains the student to act with clarity, precision, and consistency.
 

Outcome:
From hesitation → directed action

Jupiter — Expansion & Wisdom

Domain:
Knowledge, philosophy, orientation
 

Focus:

  • learning frameworks

  • worldview expansion

  • meaning-making
     

Function:
Jupiter expands the field of perception and understanding,

allowing the student to orient within larger systems.
 

Outcome:
From confusion → structured understanding

Sun — Identity & Illumination

Domain:
Center, identity, coherence
 

Focus:

  • self-awareness

  • integration of faculties

  • inner alignment
     

Function:
The Sun integrates all prior development into a stable center of being.
 

Outcome:
From fragmentation → unified identity

Venus — Harmony & Relation

Domain:
Connection, aesthetics, relational intelligence
 

Focus:

  • interpersonal dynamics

  • harmony

  • value and sensitivity
     

Function:
Venus refines how the student relates—to others,

to environment, and to self.
 

Outcome:
From dissonance → harmony

Moon — Inner Awareness

Domain:
Emotion, memory, internal processes
 

Focus:

  • introspection

  • emotional awareness

  • subconscious patterns
     

Function:
The Moon deepens the student’s relationship with the internal landscape.
 

Outcome:
From reactivity → awareness

Mercury — Communication & Intelligence

Domain:
Language, systems, transmission
 

Focus:

  • articulation

  • analysis

Function:
Mercury develops the ability to think clearly and express with precision.
 

Outcome:
From ambiguity → clarity of expression

Saturn — Structure & Mastery

Domain:
Structure, time, stewardship
 

Focus:

Function:
Saturn consolidates all prior development into mastery and stewardship.
